:The tasks of the Follow-up Department

: The following tasks are assigned

Preparing monthly reports to follow up on all contracts related to the investment plan and submitting them to the Ministry/Contracts Department at the beginning of each month.

Monthly reports to follow up on the audit and monitoring program for project implementation and submitting them to the Ministry/Follow-up Department.

Preparing monthly reports to follow up on the investment plan and submitting them to the Ministry/Office of the Inspector General/Contracts and Contractors Department.

Responding to all inquiries from external entities other than the Ministry, such as the Ministry of Planning, Audit, etc.

Field visits to certain projects to assess the current situation regarding follow-up work.

Preparing the data requested by the Ministry as needed.

Preparing quarterly reports every four months and sending them to the Ministry.

Monitoring the monthly and total expenditures for all projects in coordination with the plan’s accounts.

Monitoring additional, new, and deleted work, as well as additional time periods for each project, and documenting them in the respective forms.

Following up on project completion percentages, its components, and identifying deviations to explain the reasons for the deviations and provide solutions and recommendations.
