About the division
Tasks and Duties:
1 -The department collects and consolidates audit balances issued by colleges and institutes into a unified balance sheet. 2 -Preparation of expenditure tables at the university level regarding the utilization and implementation of expenditure within the financial allocations under the federal budget. 3 -Determination of the percentage of overspending within the allocations approved in the budget. 4 -Preparation of revenue tables at the university level. 5 -Reconciliation of the unified bank statement.
