About the division

Tasks and Duties:

1- Organizing the contents of the warehouse according to current instructions.

2- Collective responsibility among department members.

3- Organizing inventory cards for each item.

4-Keeping the accounting ledger 13.

5- Issuing warehouse input and output documents and transferring them to the relevant ledgers.

6- Maintaining the liability ledger.

7- Informing management of the consumption of essential materials necessary for the university’s operations, such as stationery and other supplies.

8- Reconciling asset balances in the ledgers with the inventory lists prepared by the inventory committee and reconciliation committee at the end of the            year.
