In line with the university’s vision and set objectives, and its commitment to continuous engagement with both the private and public sectors, the Southern Technical University hosted experts from the “Tawasol” project, implemented by the World University Service of Canada.
The event was attended by the esteemed University President, Prof. Dr. Adnan Abdullah Atiq, along with several department directors from the university presidency and representatives from various companies, including Technical Devices Company, TAAM Company, Asiacell, and other governmental companies
During the event, the university showcased its best paractices in work-based training, soft skills development for current students and graduates, and employment practices. The importance of partnerships with the private sector in bridging the gap between labor market requirements and university graduates was also highlighted.
Notably, the university was recognized as a successful model for these key practices by the project’s consultant expert and management team
