The Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, in coordination with the Continuing Education Center within the Southern Technical University, organized a workshop on the annual performance evaluation system for employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The workshop, which was lectured by the head of the design team for the performance evaluation system for Iraqi universities, Dr. Muhammad Jawad Kazim, included the stages of data evaluation, its accuracy and its impact on the university, in addition to a mechanism for entering and following up on scientific data, a mechanism for the form and the axis of the required priorities.
