The Southern Technical University participated with a high-level delegation in the second conference on quality assurance and institutional and academic accreditation, where the delegation included the university president, his assistant for scientific affairs, the deans of the engineering technical college and the medical technical college, in addition to the director of the quality assurance and university performance department, as well as the director of the media and public relations department. The conference, which was hosted by the Middle Euphrates Technical University, was held under the slogan – Quality Assurance, Academic Accreditation and Sustainability: The Path to Globalization in Technical Education – and witnessed a wide governmental and media presence
It is noteworthy that the conference aims to gain knowledge and exchange experiences in the field of quality assurance and institutional accreditation, and to identify the obstacles and challenges facing blended education in technical education institutions, as well as to continue to excel and develop within the established strategy, in addition to the national classifications and distinguished mechanisms for entering them.
