The Human Rights Unit at the Technical Institute / Al-Qurna organized a seminar on the means used and the killing mechanisms in the Speicher crime, based on the importance of education and awareness against the Speicher massacre crime committed by the terrorist ISIS gangs and in commemoration of the martyrs of the massacre from the sons of Iraq, with the participation of a number of students from the institute.
