Under the patronage and close follow-up by the President of the Southern Technical University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Ateeq, the university hosted a major national project by hosting 88 male and female students in the field of petroleum engineering for the universities of Mosul, Baghdad, Technology, Karbala, and Thi Qar.
The Southern Technical University provided the visiting students with suitable accommodation in its dormitories and all the necessary amenities for their comfort.
The project aims to create a spirit of coexistence and loyalty to the homeland, as students from different religions and multiple nationalities gathered under the banner of Iraq in Basra Al-Fayhaa, in partnership with the Mishwar Foundation for specialized training in the oil sector, completely free of charge. The training continues on a daily basis for 30 days.
On the first day of this blessed national project, the guest students met at the generous initiative of the President of the Southern Technical University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Ateeq.
In the Hosseini Council, in the presence of Bahi, the students expressed through him the extent of their love and belonging to the master of the martyrs, Hussein, peace be upon him.
