The President of the Southern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Adnan Abdullah Ateeq, chaired the tenth session of the Southern Technical University Council for the academic year (2023/2024) in the presence of all members of the forum, members of the University Council: the scientific and administrative assistants of the President of the University, the deans of formations, the Secretary of the University, and the Director of the Office of the President of the University. The Director of the Electronic Computer Department and the Director of the Student Affairs Department were hosted. At the beginning of the session, the President of the University, the Chairman of the Council, welcomed the members of the Council, wishing everyone continued health, happiness, success, payment, preservation and care, thanking everyone for their attendance and participation, especially the deans who took the trouble to travel from the governorates of Maysan and Thi Qar
The Council began with Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Ateeq confirmed the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, during the fifth meeting of the Ministry’s Opinion Authority on 5/30/2024, by implementing these directives that are consistent with the government program and its various paragraphs regarding the Ministry of Higher Education. Then, the agenda of the session was discussed, which included a number of points related to the university’s various affairs. In-depth discussions took place between the Chairman of the Council (the University President) and the members of the Council, and a number of recommendations and decisions were issued, which were recorded in the Council’s minutes for approval by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
