As part of the implementation of the programs of the activities of the National Strategy for Education and Higher Education (2030_2022) included within the axis of enhancing the culture of participation in the decision-making process.
The workshop addressed many topics through which it showed the importance of compensating for responsibilities and tasks and how.
Effective delegation improves achievement and enhances the skills of subordinates.
At the end of the workshop, the experiences of instructors and employees were presented through their work and the extent to which delegation is reflected in the level of performance of leaders and officials.
The workshop was attended by a number of instructors and members of the college.
