This is the first study in Iraq to develop a model guide for water quality to support Iraqi researchers in the field of environment and water and use it as an alternative to Canadian and American models. This guide will be of assistance to researchers and state departments interested in the quality of Iraqi surface water and its suitability for drinking, and as an alternative to foreign models or programs designed for the water of other countries. The guide is based on six important water variables according to the Iraqi standard and has a simple and easy interface.
