The Shattah Technical College at the Southern Technical University organized a volunteer campaign to plant trees and enhance the campus environment in designated areas. The campaign, which involved students and faculty members, included preparing agricultural land and starting to plant seasonal and evergreen trees due to their importance to the university environment. The college dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Adnan Alwan, highlighted that the university’s directives emphasize the importance of creating a university environment that significantly contributes to adding new green spaces to the college, as well as promoting volunteer awareness and a spirit of teamwork among everyone.
