The President of the Southern Technical University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Ateeq, received the Al-Arhat Shield for Rangers and Guides, which was awarded to the university on the occasion of its participation in the course held by the Student Activities Department of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Service in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and the Iraqi Scouting Association. The shield was presented by the official of the Scouting Activities Division, the Scout Leader. Ali Zaghir Thajil Al-Moussawi, Mr. President of the University, stressed the need to pay attention to such activities as they contribute to the development of talent and strengthen ties between participants, pointing out that the university will support scouting activities and their development among university students. The ceremony of handing over the shield and certificate of participation was attended by the Director of the Student Activities Department, in addition to To the Director of the Government Media and Communications Department.
