The President of the University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Ateeq, met with the Promising Engineer Project team at the Iraqi Engineers Association in Basra Governorate. The team offered congratulations to the President of the University on the occasion of assuming the duties of President of the Southern Technical University, wishing him success in this mission.
For his part, Ateeq expressed his happiness with this meeting, as it includes a distinguished elite of Iraqi engineers, stressing his support for them in implementing their programs, and that the doors of the university will be open to all innovators.
It is noteworthy that the Promising Engineer Project has many programs that aim to train young graduates from the engineering sector and place them in private sector companies and qualify them for this.
