The Department of Legal Management Techniques at the Nasiriyah Technical Institute within the Southern Technical University, in coordination with the Integrity Commission, Dhi Qar branch, held a course on administrative investigation skills. The course, in which the jurists at the Integrity Commission, Mr. Hussein Qasim Wahid and Mr. Ali Kamel Ajel, lectured, aims to distinguish between criminal investigation and the rules that govern Governing administrative investigation for all state employees, especially higher education employees, as well as the role of the Integrity Commission in the field of investigation and their work and clarifying the laws that govern them. The course included lectures on the most important means and methods of administrative investigation and the essential guarantees for achieving it, in addition to its skills and the legal aspects of administrative investigations. For his part, the Dean of the Institute, Dr. Khawam Raysan Hussein, stated that the Deanship of the Institute is keen to hold such awareness courses that serve the members and focus on the educational aspect of the Iraqi laws in force and their importance in their professional lives, pointing out that cooperation continues between the Institute and other government institutions to spread legal awareness of our scientific and service institutions.
