The Qurna Technical Institute within the Southern Technical University organized a workshop on the concept of the basics of entrepreneurship within the activities of the International Entrepreneurship Week and its interest in developing students’ personal skills and capabilities. The workshop aims to enhance the cognitive awareness of work among students and graduates, and how to be able to make critical decisions that help develop their capabilities in the private sector and achieve calculated financial gains that are balanced with the plan drawn up for that, as well as testing people who possess creative abilities. The workshop, in which the head of the Teaching Studies and Planning Division, Israa Mahmoud Haider, lectured, included introducing the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, spreading the concept and culture of entrepreneurship among students, and developing and stimulating their creative thought.
