The Women’s Empowerment Unit at the Nasiriyah Technical Institute within the Southern Technical University held a workshop on the professional conduct regulations for employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The workshop, in which Dr. Samer Hamid Safar lectured, aims to establish rules and standards of ethical behavior to ensure the correct and proper performance of public job duties, as well as introducing the job conduct regulations that apply to the employee and those assigned to a public service. The workshop concluded with the necessity of the employee and those assigned to a public service committing to inform the competent authorities of any A case of corruption and performing his job duties with all honesty, professionalism and impartiality out of concern for the public interest, and providing services to citizens without discrimination while ensuring commitment and familiarity with the laws, regulations and instructions in force to develop his capabilities, experience and functional capabilities.
