The Women’s Empowerment Unit at the Shatrah Technical Institute within the Southern Technical University organized a workshop on stimulating the creative mind to develop women leaders. The workshop, which was attended by Assistant Professor Sabah Salman, engineer Muntaha Saleh Mahdi, and Dr. Sofia Razzaq Ali Al-Tamimi, included topics including a historical overview of peace, national liberation, and struggle. The fight against illiteracy, in addition to the creative capabilities of women leaders, and enhancing the pivotal role of women in demanding justice and their rights. The workshop aims to spread community awareness and find scientific ways to train women leaders and develop their effective role in society. For his part, the Dean of the Institute, Professor Dr. Muwaffaq Abdul Aziz Al-Hasnawi, praised those in charge of this workshop, wishing everyone success and success, pointing out that the Institute has many programs in which women will be an integral part. Rather, it is the main focus of it because it possesses real ingredients that will push the wheel of success forward
