The Student Affairs Department, headed by the Southern Technical University, organized a training workshop on the validity of the issuance of official documents and the adoption of the central electronic system for storing official documents issued by government agencies.
The session, in which Messrs. Walid Chaloub Khudhair and Alaa Falah Hassan lectured, demonstrated the mechanism for preserving secured documents launched by the Prime Minister regarding academic documents and endorsements, in addition to including official books and administrative correspondence in this procedure.
The workshop aims to train those authorized from the university’s formations on the new mechanism for the purpose of enhancing their capabilities in implementing this system and in a way that serves transparency and trust in dealing between the various sectors of the state.
