The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, announced the launch of the Higher Education Reading Award competition for undergraduate students in all Iraqi universities.
The twenty winners will be awarded a cash prize (five million dinars) for each winner.
In this context, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, invites university students to participate in this important cultural event with the aim of stimulating positive awareness and interaction with reading cultural texts.
