A master’s thesis was discussed in the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the Southern Technical University on scientific technology and its impact on sustainable competitive advantages through the mediating role of interactive design.(process technology and its impact on sustainable competitive advantages through mediating role of interaction design ).
The thesis submitted by the student Aqila Reyadh Abbod in the Master of Operations Management Techniques program included framing the problem of the study through field visits and repeated personal interviews to the Basra Plastic Industries Factory and data collecting through a questionnaire designed and distributed to the study sample consisting of 65 individuals. The study recommended the need to adopt information technology in the factory, which is one of the features of production management and modern operations that lead to the superiority and distinction of the factory from other competitors.
