The president of the Southern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Rabee Hashim Abbasi, met in his office a committee from the Department of cultural relations at the Ministry of higher education and scientific research, headed by Dr. Inas Abdul Sattar Abdul Jabbar.during the meeting, they reviewed the work of the Department of cultural relations at the University with regard to memorandums of understanding and letters of intent concluded between our university and foreign universities. Abbasi pointed out the importance of memorandums of understanding between universities as they promote the scientific and cultural level and the exchange of experiences, pointing to the need to work extensively with foreign universities and activate the memorandums of understanding and follow-up. For her part, Dr. Inas Abdul Sattar explained that her committee will keep abreast of all the activities that are working to activate these memoranda, follow up on them and provide full support for their success. The meeting was attended by the assistant rector for Scientific Affairs, the director of the University Secretariat Department, as well as the director of the Department of cultural relations at the university presidency
