The president of the Southern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Rabee Hashim Abbasi, inaugurated a charity market set up by the Department of mechanical technologies at the Basra Technical Institute. Abbasi, who cut the opening ribbon accompanied by the dean of the Institute, assistant professor Dr. Arkan Yacoub Yousif and the assistants, praised the efforts exerted in making this activity a success, praising all the charitable works that would provide moral and material support to all sectors. On the sidelines of the opening of the charity market, His Excellency reviewed the exhibition of devices implemented by some students of the Department, praising what was presented and presented as it represents the persistent work of students and their creativity, as well as their academic excellence.
