Under the patronage of the president of the Southern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Rabiee Hashim Abbasi, the Department of student activities, in cooperation with the southern Islamic Cultural Center, organized a ceremony through which the birth of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and the moons of Al-Bayt were commemorated with the best Prayer and delivery. The ceremony began with the recitation of any of the wise dhikr, followed by the playing of the Iraqi national anthem and the reading of Surah Al-Fatiha in mercy on the souls of the martyrs. The speech of the university was read by the assistant rector for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mahmood Salem Thamer, through which he expressed the importance of this occasion for Muslims as it chronicles the life of the pure imams and their fragrant march in jihad and service to Islam and Muslims, pointing out that celebrating them constitutes a great turning point for their love and appreciation among all spectrums. Then I read the words and poems praising the history of the people of the house, their great human glory and their great sacrifices
