The Technical Institute discussed Qurna within the Southern Technical University at a seminar on human rights and gender equality for students within the National Human Rights Plan for the year 2023
The seminar aims to learn the required values and competence related to human rights, which is to develop an acceptable culture of human rights, human rights education is a way to enable people to create skills and behaviors that promote dignity and equality in the local community and society as a whole. The seminar, which was attended by Assistant Teacher Issa Tawfik Issa, included two axes, the first discussed the definition of the principles of human rights and their dissemination, while the second axis touched on the definition of the right of primary education, which includes all rights and freedoms, including the right to education for all levels and stages, provided that it is available to all
