Within the framework of the endeavor of the Southern Technical University and its formations to provide community services that enhance the general concept of the university and society, the Technical Institute of Basra, one of the university formations, provided community services to one of the student preparatory schools in the province.
This came during an effective campaign organized by the students of the Department of Mechanical Technologies at the Institute, which included one of the preparatory schools in the governorate.
It resulted in the rehabilitation of iron fences for gardens and administration by recycling the available pieces and working on painting them to give an aesthetic look and arrangement.
From her part, she thanked the school administration and praised the spirit of cooperation between the university and its community, appreciating the active role of students and their teachers in accomplishing the work entrusted to them.
