The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the Administrative Technical College within the Southern Technical University organized a counseling seminar on positive personality and success stories.
The symposium, which was management by the Psychological Counseling Unit Officer, Dr. Laila Lafta, included an introduction to the concept of positivity and the characteristics of a positive personality, in addition to steps to create it, techniques for building self-confidence, and creating a positive, productive and successful work environment.
As well as strategies for dealing with work pressures, the symposium aims to urge students to positive behavior and inculcate the concepts, methods and mechanisms necessary to build a positive personality in order to refine the individual’s personality and make it more attractive, influential and interactive to build good relationships with oneself and with others.
The symposium summarized the importance of the effectiveness of the positive personality in personal and practical life and the need to learn positive strategies and work with them.
