The Southern Technical University participated in the activities of the eighth national Quranic competition for Iraqi university students in memorization and recitation, which was organized by the Secretariat of the Kufa Mosque and the shrines attached to it.
The President of the University delegated the Director of the University’s Secretariat to attend, Assistant Professor Dr. Kadhim Hanif, where he received the shield of participation from the Secretary of the Kufa Mosque, Mr. Mohammed Majeed Al-Musawi.
Hanif explained that the university and all its formations are keen to attend and actively participate in the cultural and scientific societal activities, as they serve students and contribute to seeing the events organized by intellectual and religious institutions.
Pointing out that university students have many participations in student activities, whether between universities or with civil society organizations or religious forums organized by holy shrines throughout Iraq.
