The President of the Southern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Rabee Hashem Al-Abbasi, inaugurated a charity market in the Administrative Technical College, Basra, where he, accompanied by the Dean of the College, was briefed on the sections, which included an exhibition of books, local products, antiques, and gifts.
