Continuing Education Center within the Southern Technical University organized a training course on Professional Project Management (PMP).
The course in which the lecturer at the Administrative Technical College in Basra, Marwa Musa Atwan, included the concept of the project, its specifications, and a general introduction to project management.
As well as the role of the project manager and forecasting the sources and resources needed to achieve its objectives and managing its resources.
In addition to schedule management and quality management.
The course, which was attended by managers and engineers from oil companies, aims to build basic knowledge of project management and the structural formation mechanism through which various projects can be managed.
At the end of its work, the course summarized the importance of the project manager having skills, including planning, risk distribution, budget preparation and team management.
