The Southern Technical University organized a memorial vigil for the souls of the martyrs of Iraq, and the vigil, which was attended by the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Rabee Hashim Al-Abbasi, as well as the assistants, department directors and associates in the university presidency, included the reading of Surat Al-Fatihah on the souls of the martyrs and the speech of the university presidency.
The stand recalled with pride the martyrs of Iraq, commemorating their honorable history, their great heroism and their human zeal.
And it came in the university presidency’s speech that we bear witness to God that you walked in the path of truth and knew it truly, so the truth liberated you from the chains of selfishness and self-love, so you wrote for your souls immortality, so congratulations to you for your eternity.
Oh, the pureness of your pure blood when you were raised as martyrs with God Almighty.
