Within its annual scientific curriculum, the Technical College of Maysan, within the Southern Technical University, organized a workshop on electrical stations and power electronics.
The workshop, in which specialized teachers lectured, included topics on electrical stations, control and electronic components.
The workshop, in which the students of the fourth stage participated, aims to enhance the student’s ability with the information he needs within the specialization, as well as training them on the most important developments of modern science in this field.
The workshop summarized the knowledge of the general principles of electrical stations and their types, in addition to the mechanism of operation of these stations and the components of power stations.
