The head of the Scientific Research Division at the Southern Technical University, Dr. Thikra Sabbar Dhahi, attended as a member of the discussion committee for a master’s thesis on the electrochemical properties of carbon/oxide nanostructures at the University of Basra.
In addition to our university, the discussion committee included professors from the University of Basra with specializations in physics, nanotechnology, renewable energies, as well as applied physics.
The thesis included the preparation of graphite/vanadium oxide nanostructures and the study of their applications in the super capacitor. Accordingly, the thesis received an excellent appreciation for the sequential works included in modern ideas within nanotechnology topics and its applications.
