TVET2 The Middle Technical University hosted the international workshop for the technical education project in Iraq in cooperation with the Technical Education Authority.
The activities of the workshop Included and which was attended by the Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Hassan, the President of the Southern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Rabee Hashem Al-Abbasi, the President of the Middle Technical University, and the President of the Technical Education Authority, Prof. Dr. Abdul Mohsen Naji Al-Muhaisen.
As well as representatives of UNESCO, the European Union, the representative of the Republic of Iraq in UNESCO, the Deputy Minister of Education, and the heads of technical universities in Iraq, including the Kurdistan region.
It included axes, including creating job and employment opportunities through the existing and vocational education system and strengthening links with the labor market.
In addition to training graduates and qualifying them to acquire new skills and to address the unemployment situation by scientific means and by well-thought-out plans.
