The Administrative Technical College of Basra within the Southern Technical University organized a discussion seminar on how to advance the reality of occupational health and safety in educational institutions.
The symposium, managed by the Director of the Reem Institute for Occupational Safety, Engineer (Majid Hussein Ali), addressed the importance of occupational health and safety in educational institutions and its impact on the life of citizens, in addition to reviewing the most important Iraqi legislation and laws that stipulate following occupational health and safety guidelines.
The symposium aims to raise awareness of the importance of occupational health and safety because it is closely related to the life of the citizen and how to follow the instructions to preserve the safety of his life and how to deal with emergency situations.
