The Department of Accounting Techniques at the Technical College of Thi Qar within the Southern Technical University organized a scientific course on preparing final computers according to the government accounting system.
The course in which the assistant teacher taught Sama Basem Mohammed included the objectives and characteristics of government accounting.
Preparing final accounts and financial statements for government departments, as well as reading and analyzing financial statements and final accounts.
The course aims to identify the understanding and analysis of financial statements and final accounts, in addition to the basic principles of government accounting in preparing settlement entries
The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Baqir Turki, indicated that the college, within its scientific plan, plans to hold such scientific seminars that would improve the stakeholders and workers within government departments and even the private sector.
Adding that the programs prepared for this purpose will be multiple programs and for all disciplines taught at the college.
