The Technical Institute of Omarah within the Southern Technical University, searched with the oil companies operating in the Maysan Governorate, discussed the mechanism of appointing its top students.
The Dean of the Institute, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Saleh Abd Ali, met with representatives of the Jasmine Land Company operating in the CPECC field to employ foreign and local workers, training and development, and the Halfaya Oil Company in Maysan Governorate.He discussed with them means of joint cooperation in this field.
The top students were interviewed for the specializations of electricity, mechanics, civil, electronics, space, computer systems, materials management, and accounting. Abd Ali indicated that such initiatives contribute significantly to reducing the number of graduates looking for a job.
And that it will certainly contribute to moving the wheel of the economy, adding that the Deanship of the Institute is ready to create and provide all the possibilities that work to facilitate the mission of companies, believing in the importance and necessity of providing job opportunities worthy of our university graduates.
It is reported that the students who will pass the test after the interview, will be placed in intensive training and qualification courses within the institute for the purpose of their subsequent appointment to the Chinese company operating in the oil fields within the governorate.
