A master’s thesis was discussed in the Technical Administrative College of Basra within the Southern Technical University on the impact of strategic decision approaches on the performance of operations, an exploratory study of a sample of managers in the health sector in the province of Maysan.The message presented by the student, Ali Hassan Ghaji, included knowing the extent of the impact of strategic decision approaches on the operational performance of managers in health sector hospitals in Maysan Governorate.As the procedural dimensions of the study problem were framed through structured and unstructured articles, conducted by the researcher with a number of managers in the health sector, which showed that there are challenges in achieving the dimensions of operations performance.At the conclusion of its discussion, the study recommended the need for hospital administrations to continue to evaluate and review previous strategic decisions and to recommend reconsidering their contents in line with developments in the health environment.
As it is not enough for those departments to take decisions, but they must be reviewed constantly for the purpose of following up on the level of implementation.
