A higher diploma research at the Graduate studies of the Southern Technical University discussed the impact of the acceleration methodology and the elements of cost management on project management (scrum and kanban)
The research presented by the student (Alaa Mohammad Abdullah) included a statement of the importance of the Ajyal methodology and its framework (scrum and Kansan) and an explanation of its role in the completion and success of the project.Where this study was applied in Al-Tameer Consulting Company for General Contracting for the project of constructing a power line Omarah- Wasit 400 kV. q.
The study recommended that the application of the acceleration methodology and its frameworks provided complete information in terms of cost and accuracy when completing the project in a timely manner, provided that it is managed through the work team with this methodology and by qualified people with scientific background and scientific experience.
