The official of the Scientific Research Division, Dr. thikra Sabbar Dhahi, within the Southern Technical University, participated in the second annual meeting of the Association for Nanotechnology, Iraq Branch, with the participation of the Union of Arab Scientific Research Councils / International Arab University, which was organized by Karkh University of Science.The meeting included a presentation of the objectives of the Arab Scientific Research Councils, the areas of research and development, and their implementation mechanisms, as well as the completed research and projects.The meeting discussed the conditions for membership of the Association, in addition to studying the proposed annual scientific curriculum and naming the heads of its working committees.
The meeting concluded to recommendations, the most important of which is naming the Nano-Scientific Creativity Award, emphasizing Arab cooperation between brotherly countries and extending scientific bridges between researchers, with the formation of research teams that nurture teamwork.
