The Department of Accounting Techniques at the Technical Institute of Omarah within the Southern Technical University held a scientific workshop on the unified accounting system, aimed at informing participants about the recordal treatments and methods of protecting fixed assets under that system.
The workshop included topics, including an introduction to the accounting system
And the concept and types of assets, as well as the accounting treatment of assets under the accounting system, among another axis, the mechanism of disclosure and presentation of those assets.
The workshop concluded with the need to follow the coding system for fixed assets for the purpose of standardizing terminology and facilitating the periodic inventory and matching process, as well as emphasizing accuracy in the classification of fixed assets.
