Basra Technical Institute organized an awareness lecture on the philosophy of legalizing fasting in the Holy Qur’an and immunizing young people from bad ideas.
The lecture in which the Islamic thinker and researcher, Mr. Abd al-Salam Zain al-Abidin taught the philosophy of the Creator in legislating the month of fasting for his servants to accustom them not only to feeling the hunger of others
It is a feeling that everyone knows, it is sharing with others and coexisting with them with affection and mercy. In another topic, the researcher clarified how to immunize young people against bad ideas and cultures
Pointing to the negative effects on society as a result of working with it, stressing the importance of developing the skills of creative students at the university and spreading awareness among them and avoiding wasting time that does not serve them.
The lecture concluded that students are the mainstay on which the society relies on its future leadership, and adherence to Islamic and social values is the only way for the success of our society and nation. This was attended by the Dean of the Institute and a large number of affiliates and students.
