Nasiriyah Technical Institute, in coordination with the Women Empowerment Unit at the Southern Technical University, organized a seminar on rationalizing electrical power consumption. The seminar, which was presented by Engineers Muhammad Taha Al-Rikabi, Head of the Electrical Technologies Department, and Ahmed Yahya Yassin, the lecturer in the department, aims to work in line with the instructions of the Ministry to lessen too much unneeded switched on appliances, as well as the role of the family in using enough consumption and taking into account the economic and social conditions that the country is going through. The seminar was attended by Prof. Dr. Khawam Raysan Hussein, Dean of the Institute, in addition to Dr. Roaa Majid Khazal, a member of the Empowerment Unit of Liaison at the Institute, and a number of professors and employees of the Institute.
