The Department of Civic Technology of the Basra Technical Institute, in cooperation with the Scientific Affairs Department of the Presidency of the Southern Technical University, organized a seminar on the Labor market and what the graduates were unaware of. This involved the Director of the Central Employment Office of Basra Governorate, Micro tech training and development and Quality World training and development company and Cambridge Institute for Training and Development, Future Tech Training and Development, Daweb Petroleum Contracting and Services and Innovation Land Contracting Company The public services include academic certification, skills acquisition and a biographical mechanism. The aim of the symposium is to familiarize graduate students with the concept of the Labour market and its reality in Iraq, as well as how the graduate can market himself in the market in order to ensure that he will find suitable employment. The Dean of the Institute, Professor Watheit Ramadan, stressed the need to raise professional awareness for graduate students and work to follow them up after graduation by including them in training and qualification courses for the purpose of empowering them scientifically and professionally in order to achieve their aspirations in society.
