In coordination with the Presidency of the Southern Technical University, the Women’s Empowerment Unit at the Technical Institute of Amara organized a symposium on working women and raising children between reality and ambition.
The seminar, which was attended by the Head of the Computer Technology Systems Department, Dr. Nadia Ali Qassim, included the social and economic conditions and the reasons that push women to go to work, in addition to how to balance the requirements of work and family requirements, and research into problems and difficulties.
The seminar concluded that it was necessary to organize and divide time, always seeking to give the best to the children as well as moral and psychological support and encouragement for working mothers
