A computer essentials course was successfully completed at the Southern Technical University’s Continuing Education Center, led by specialized trainer Nora Akram, to provide the staff with a deep and solid foundation in the world of computing.
With ever-increasing reliance on technology, UNU seeks to intensify training programmes that address the growing need for technical knowledge and enable staff to use digital tools efficiently. The course covered such vital topics as Text processing, using electronic tables, managing databases, creating presentations, as well as basics for understanding the Internet and programming principles.Through this training, the participating employees were able to develop their basic computer skills, thereby enhancing their professional competence and enhancing their ability to meet the challenges of working in a sophisticated technical environment.
