Tasks and Responsibilities:
Teaching according to the legal annual teaching workload.
Developing, organizing, and planning human resources and employee affairs, supervising training programs to enhance employee skills, safeguarding their rights, and ensuring smooth operations within the university.
Assisting senior leadership in articulating goals, shaping the strategic plan, establishing general policies, and making central decisions that concern the college as a whole.
Supervising the implementation of plans, programs, and policies set for departments, units, and divisions, ensuring accurate and proper execution and adherence to them.
Providing suggestions for the scientific organization of the university as a whole, translating general goals and plans into specific objectives, activities, and implementing quality management practices.
Assessing the training needs of employees and recommending them for courses to enhance their capabilities and job skills, while providing necessary training and development opportunities.
Monitoring daily work and resolving operational issues to improve processes and elevate performance levels.
Fostering and building a team spirit among subordinates, encouraging collaboration and the sharing of constructive suggestions and ideas.
Preparing periodic reports on employee performance and departmental achievements, evaluating them to improve performance and workflow.
Supervising and ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities within departments, units, and divisions contribute to achieving the university’s goals and enhancing the educational process.
Performing any other tasks assigned within the scope of his/her duties and responsibilities.
