-The implementation of quality plans within the university regarding quality assurance to build an internal quality system that enhances the quality of the educational process.
-Spreading the culture of quality among faculty members, students, and all university staff, and raising awareness of the importance of implementing quality systems and academic accreditation.
-Monitoring the university’s ranking within global rankings.
-Preparing the comprehensive quality manual.
-Conducting studies that reflect the university’s status and developing an improvement plan based on international standards.
-Applying international academic accreditation standards according to the specialties of colleges, institutes, and centers to obtain accreditation certificates from reputable institutions.
-Conducting regular monitoring and follow-up to implement quality assurance and accreditation standards within the university.
-Measuring opinions through periodic surveys of the components of the educational process, which include (student opinion on the educational process, faculty member opinion, and periodic reports).
-Preparing periodic reports on the activities of the department and submitting them to the university’s Quality Assurance and Accreditation Department.
-Follow-up on the preparation of self-assessment reports.
-Any other tasks assigned to the department by the department head to enhance the role of quality assurance in the educational process in the future.
-Establishing an independent academic accreditation body at the Ministry of Higher Education level.
-Developing evaluation and assessment systems to align with the proposed admission systems in universities and training on them.
-Creating a mechanism to analyze the current and future labor market requirements and linking educational programs to them.
-Developing learning strategies to accommodate technological advancements.
-Establishing specific criteria for technical education in the Iraqi university ranking program, Form (06).
-The academic performance rating of faculty members should be adopted as a basic requirement for submitting a request for academic promotion, according to each academic rank.
-Preparing a team of internal auditors for quality systems to be enrolled in courses supervised by reputable and specialized global institutions.
-In light of the alignment on performance evaluation based on higher education evaluation indicators and evaluation indicators according to the analytical and financial procedures carried out by internal and external auditing and control bodies, we recommend that internal audit departments at the Ministry and university presidency levels be included within the organizational structure of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority.
-Avoiding rapid changes in the administrations overseeing academic accreditation, and maintaining those administrations while giving them sufficient time to continue the efforts they have started with accreditation bodies.
