Southern Technical University organizes a course in reading the State Employees Discipline Code

The Southern Technical University organized a course on reading the State Employees Discipline Law, and the course in which the lecturer at the Basra Technical Institute, Ms. Elham Omair Sahi, lectured, included topics including job duties and prohibitions, and the legal and administrative effects resulting from disciplinary penalties, as well as the topic of job crimes. The course, in which the newly appointed employees participated, aims to familiarize the employee with his duties and the disciplinary penalties for each violation, in addition to introducing the legal rules contained in the State Employees Discipline Law. The course concluded with the importance of aspects of the law and the necessity of strengthening the culture of professional and ethical behavior regulations in the public sector and introducing the duties and rights of employees.
