The Basra Administrative Technical College within the Southern Technical University organized a course on the administrative function for the benefit of the Maysan Governorate Investment Authority. The course, in which the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Abdul-Ridha Nasser, lectured, included topics including ways to complete work according to indicators of efficiency and effectiveness and the administrative foundations of employee rights and duties, In addition to the elements of the administrative environment for good investment management, the course aims to introduce participants to the importance of successful management and indicators of successful investment work according to the real plans studied by him. The Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Jaber Hussein Ali, stated that the mechanism of cooperation between the College, government institutions and the private sector always produces scientific plans. It will enhance the efficiency of the trainees and qualify them to serve their departments and enhance their skills, pointing out that the scientific programs prepared by the college will be available to everyone as they serve the community and develop creative energies.
